Riverwalk Apartments and Restaurants are locally owned. Featured as a four-story, mixed-use hub, Riverwalk showcases 32 luxury, waterfront apartments and underground parking, with an oven-fired pizza restaurant and handmade bagel shop on the first floor. As part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) granted to the City of Oswego by New York State, Riverwalk was born from the need to renew a local building lot that had fallen in disrepair and generate new business growth. Our mission is to create jobs, offer downtown living opportunities, and generate revenue in our very own community.
